If you’re having wallet connectivity issues, these are the steps you need to follow:
Are you using the latest version of your wallet extension? If you’re unsure, you’ll need to remove and reinstall it. You should already have saved your recovery seed phrase but reminding you again that you will need this to reinstall your wallet extension.
We recommend using Chrome as your browser. Are you using the latest version of it? Update it if not.
Clear your cache. Restart your browser.
Make sure you have no ad blockers running.
Turn off any other browser extensions (except for the wallet).
Set your wallet to the Ethereum mainnet.
