Any time you do a transaction on Jungle, you’ll be prompted to authorize that wallet transaction by ‘signing’ a contract. The request differs from contract to contract, but you’re just looking for a big ‘Sign’ button. If you can’t find that button, it’s probably just a bit further down the wallet window - scroll down, and you should see it.
Once the signature request has been completed and the document has been signed, the signed document can be stored on the blockchain along with the NFT, providing a secure and verifiable record of the agreement. This can be particularly useful in cases where the NFT is being sold or transferred to another party, as it can help ensure that the transaction terms are clear and enforceable.
