Immediately move your NFT(s) and other assets to a different, secured wallet.

Please note that Jungle is a trading platform that does not store your NFTs - they are stored on the blockchain. Although Jungle can remove an NFT from its platform, the same NFT may still be traded through other marketplaces outside Jungle. Therefore, maintaining account security remains the trader's responsibility when using third-party applications or websites. Here are some tips to keep your account secure

  • Keep your 12-word seed phrase secured. We recommend writing it down and storing it in the real world.

  • Use a different password for your social media accounts and wallet login credentials. We also recommend using password generators for extra security.

  • Please don't click links sent via texts or emails from unknown sources.

  • Don't hesitate to contact the Jungle help center if you observe any unusual activity so our safety team can investigate the situation. However, please know that looking into it does not guarantee that your items will be recovered.

There is little you can do if your assets have already been transferred from your wallet. You can try filing a claim with Reclaim Crypto (We do not endorse them nor are affiliated)
